Abid H. Abedi is the Chairman & CEO of Adea Solutions, Inc. He founded the company in 1996 and has led the organization to above industry-average revenue and profit performance while funding it organically. Mr. Abedi has earned a number of personal achievement awards which include: Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Southwest U.S. region; Dallas/Fort Worth Tech Titan - Community Hero award, Indo-American Chamber of Commerce “Outstanding Leader of the Year” and he was a finalist for the national Pan Asian-American Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year.

Mr. Abedi has served as a keynote speaker for a number of national and regional business events. He is a national spokesperson on entrepreneurism, business growth topics and information technology solutions. He has been interviewed by The Wall Street Journal and Washington Post, and appeared in Business Week, Fox News, Dallas Morning News, Dallas Business General, Minority Business News, Silicon India and Indus Business Journal.
Prior to Adea Solutions, Mr. Abedi held management positions with the Federal Reserve, Federal Liaison Services, Inc.- a leading tax management software firm, and the $4 billion Payless Shoe Source Corporation (PSS: NYSE). He serves on the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association, Dallas; North Texas Commission; Dallas County Community College Foundation; Dallas Museum of Art; Trustee for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra; Charter member of the Dallas Chapter of The Indus-Entrepreneurs (TiE); Serves on the Advisory Board of the School of Accountancy, University of Missouri-Columbia. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in accounting at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
