Donnie is a cofounder of Argea and has been involved in IT and Business Process Outsourcing for more than a decade. With over 25 years IT, R&D, and professional services knowledge, Donnie provides collaborative consulting with established and start-up company executives to unlock hidden strategies and bottom-line improvements in dynamic, high-pressure situations; using results-oriented leadership, financial analysis, and proven project management techniques
Prior to joining Argea, Donnie was the General Manager of Hewlett Packard’s Software Services Business where he helped HP set-up its offshore centers in Bangalore and Chennai, India, and helped oversee outsourced operations in Japan, Eastern Europe, and China. Donnie has led and helped start a number of companies and advised numerous companies in their decision to move activities offshore. He has also counseled offshore companies on methods to improve their quality of service and client responsiveness. Donnie currently advises a number of start-up software and services companies and often consults for companies regarding their divestiture and acquisition strategies. Donnie is a graduate of the Oregon Institute of Technology.
