Rajiv focuses his practice on corporate finance, M&A; outsourcing transactions, project finance and general corporate work. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig in May 2000, Rajiv was a partner for over 11 years in Sidney Austin Brown & Wood L.L.P. and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae L.L.P. He is President of India-America Chamber of Commerce, a bi-national chamber of commerce that is the focal point of U.S. investment into India. Routinely hosts visiting dignitaries from India, including the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, Finance Minister, other senior cabinet members, head of India's federal reserve bank, and heads and high level representatives of almost all the major business houses of India. He is regularly invited to speak at and chair many major conferences and seminars relating to cross border transactions. He holds a LL.M from University of Miami School of Law and LL.B from University of Delhi
