| CRAIG KLINE Attorney, King & Spalding, New York Craig Kline is an Attorney in the Corporate & Finance Practice Group with the New York office of King & Spalding. His practice is focused on the commercial law aspects of domestic and cross-border structured finance transactions, with a principal focus on leveraged-leasing. Mr. Kline has represented a wide variety of commercial and public institutions in many capacities, including as lessors, lessees, lenders, trustees and issuers. He also has experience with the securitization of financial assets, secured lending and bankruptcy. Most recently, he published an article entitled, "Impact of Revision to Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code." Examples of recent transactions include: Counsel to the equity investors in a domestic leveraged lease and lease-to-service contract of rolling stock for a state department of transportation, the first domestic rail lease-to-service contract, and the first of several similar transactions completed in 2000 and 2001 for domestic municipal transit agencies and authorities; Counsel to the equity investors in a domestic leveraged lease and lease-to-service contract of buses for a state department of transportation, and the first domestic bus lease-to-service contract. Mr. Kline graduated from Rutgers College and The University of Virginia School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar and U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
