Ivan H. Humphreys IVAN H. HUMPHREYS is a Partner in the Tax Department of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. His practice is focused on corporate and international business transactions and planning. Mr. Humphreys is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association Section of Taxation. He has been a Lecturer on various corporate and international tax subjects for Stanford University Law School, San Jose State University School of Business and Golden Gate University, Graduate Tax School. He is a frequent speaker on mergers and acquisitions and international tax topics for various tax institutes and programs. Mr. Humphreys graduated from the University of California Berkeley in 1979 and from Harvard Law School in 1982, magna cum laude. He was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. |
