John Da Costa is a Project Manager in the Engineering Due Diligence Group located in the Melville, New York Office of FRAMATOME ANP DE&S (formerly Duke Engineering and Services, Inc.)  He has twenty-two years of experience in the power and water industries, with seventeen years as a dedicated Project Manager and/or Project Engineer on a myriad of engineering assessments throughout the world.  Mr. Da Costa joined the Engineering Due Diligence Group five years ago, having spent 17 years as a project Manager and Consultant in the U.S. Commercial Nuclear Power Industry.  In his role as a Project Manager, he manages the group of engineers dedicated to the water arena.  He has managed the engineering due diligence assessments of greater than 50 projects for service contract/leases and asset/corporate acquisitions for water and wastewater projects in the U.S., England, The Netherlands, Germany and Austria.  Mr. Da Costa holds Bachelor and Masters of Science Degrees from the Polytechnic Institute of New York and is a Member of the Tau Beta Pi National Engineering Honor Society.  He is fluent in Portuguese and has a working knowledge of Spanish and French.
