Kenneth Kramer is Managing Director and co-head of American Appraisal Associates’ Structured Finance Group, and is responsible for maintaining account relationships within the international leasing industry. He was previously in charge of marketing international lease appraisal services for Marshall & Stevens Incorporated. Prior to entering the appraisal  industry, Mr. Kramer established and managed leasing departments at Credit Lyonnais and The Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan, Ltd., and had worked at Capstar Partners, Bank of America Leasing and Capital Group and Trans World Airlines. Mr. Kramer holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia University.
