LEWIS J. GREENWALD is an international tax partner in Sullivan & Worcester's Boston office. Prior to joining Sullivan & Worcester, Lewis was a tax partner in PricewaterhouseCooper's International Tax Service group. His
practice includes providing international tax planning for multinational clients in the high technology and financial service industries. Lewis has written numerous articles and continues to regularly contribute to international tax and high tech industry journals. He received a B.A. from New York University, an M.B.A. form Rutgers -Graduate School of Management and a J.D. from Fordham Law School. He is a C.P.A. in New York and Massachusetts and is admitted to practice law in New York.
