Mark Hoose MARK HOOSE is currently a senior international tax manager in the San Francisco office of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mark is a 1989 graduate of the University of Illinois, with a B.S. in Accountancy (with high honors). Mark is also a certified public accountant. Mark holds a J.D. (with high honors) from George Washington University and an L.L.M. in Taxation (with distinction) from Georgetown University. Mark was an associate with the Washington, D.C. office of Baker & McKenzie prior to joining Deloitte & Touche in San Francisco. Mark's time with Deloitte & Touche has included a stint in the National Tax Office in Washington, D.C.
