Michael W. Gosk is a partner in the international law firm of McDermott, Will & Emery, resident in the Silicon Valley office. He is a member of the Firm’s Tax Department. Mr. Gosk focuses his practice on international tax matters with a particular emphasis on cost sharing structures, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and global transfer pricing policies. Mr. Gosk has represented clients in IRS exams, appeals and before the IRS’ advance pricing agreement program. He also has acted on behalf of clients in the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Gosk received a B.A. in economics and government from Colby College and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut, where he was Managing Editor of The Connecticut Law Review. He earned his LL.M. in taxation from the New York University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and before the U.S. Tax Court
