Mindy Berman is Senior Managing Director of 42 North Structured Finance, Inc., the successor company to Key Global Finance of which Ms. Berman was one of the founding directors in 1996.  Ms. Berman is responsible for business development at 42 North as well as originating and structuring many off balance sheet leases.  Prior to joining Key Global Finance, Ms. Berman was Executive Vice President of BOT Financial Corporation (currently named BTM Capital Corporation) where she was employed from 1981 to 1996.  Ms. Berman was President of BOT Financial Services, Inc., the NASD-registered syndication subsidiary of BOT Financial Corporation, and managed the debt and equity placement activity. Ms. Berman holds a MBA from Boston University and graduated from Brandeis University.  Ms. Berman is a NASD General Securities Principal and a member of the Financial Accounting Committee of the Equipment Leasing Association.
