L. Gordon,
for the past 25-plus years, has provided CEO’s, CFO’s and senior tax
executives with valuable advice and tax-saving strategies in a broad
range of international and domestic corporate tax issues. Murray is a Principal at Ernst & Young LLP.
Based in New York and Chicago, he is a member of the firm’s
National Office International Tax Practice, specializing in transfer
pricing, supply chain, and related international tax planning.
His clients are almost all Fortune 100 multinationals.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young, he was tax director at a
Fortune 500 company, and a partner at a well-known Chicago law firm.
Murray is a member of the Illinois and U.S. Tax Court bars (with
an LL.M. in taxation from New York University), and is both a certified
public accountant and a certified management accountant.
He has taught law and accounting at
the
graduate and professional school level and has spoken across the country
to lawyers, accountants and in-house tax executives on numerous
international tax topics for TEI and other organizations.
