PAUL M. BODNER is an Attorney at The Law Offices of Paul M. Bodner located in Great Neck, after retiring from Deloitte & Touche and KPMG. Mr. Bodner is a past President and a member of the Board of Directors of the International Tax Institute, past President and a member of the Board of Directors of the International Tax Association, and past President of the New York University Tax Society.  He was also a speaker at the Tax Executives Institute, New York University Tax Institute, the Practicing Law Institute, the International Tax Institute, the International Fiscal Association, the Hawaiian Tax Institute and other professional organizations.  He also is contributor to The Journal of Taxation, The Tax Advisor, Cahiers de Droit Fiscal International and other publications.  Mr. Bodner is also a past Chairman of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants International Taxation Committee and a former member of the Tax Division Executive Committee.  He is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Associations, and an adjunct Professor of Taxation at New York University’s Stern School of Business and Executive Editor of the International Section of the CCH Federal Tax Service. Mr. Bodner attended Cornell University and received an AB, then attended Columbia University to receive his J.D., MBA, and then attended New York University and received his LL.M in Taxation.
