Richard Finlayson is a Director with the Asset Finance Group of Citigroup Global Markets Inc. His primary responsibility is the syndication and execution of lease transactions.  Prior to joining AFG, Mr. Finlayson was an Associate Director with Macquarie Bank where he spent 6 years representing issuers and arranging equity for among other things, US cross border lease transactions in Sydney, Asia and New York.  He has industry knowledge in the aviation, telecom and power sectors.  Mr. Finlayson holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Law degrees from the University of Sydney and was admitted as a solicitor in NSW, Australia.
