Robert Bossart joins the Pitney, Hardin, Kipp & Szuch LL New York office as Of Counsel in the Transactions practice group.  Both a CPA and attorney, he focuses his practice on corporate and international taxation of U.S. and non-U.S.-based multinational enterprises, including international technology transfers, tax structuring and financing, transfer pricing and cost sharing, repatriation planning, and global tax minimization.  He has been a featured speaker and co-chair on international tax issues at seminars involving the ABA Tax Section, Tax Executives Institute and Council on International Tax Education.  Mr. Bossart received his B.S. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, M.B.A. from Johnson Graduate School of Management of Cornell University, J.D. from Fordham University School of Law; and LL.M in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
