Stephen C. Fox is a Director with J.H. Cohn LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant with nearly 30 years tax experience. Mr. Fox has advised clients in a wide array of industries on international tax issues, cost segregation studies, and tax computerization projects.
Mr. Fox's clients have included AT&T, Lucent, TransTechnology, Dialogic, Carbone Lorraine, Konica, Steelcase, Interface, Brighton-Best, and others. He is a frequent lecturer with professional tax organizations, and has authored articles appearing in Journal of Taxation, Journal of International Taxation , and other publications. He is also Adjunct Professor of Taxation at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Prior to joining the Firm Mr. Fox served as an International Tax Director with a Big 4 CPA firm.
