His practice ranges from complex projects and transactions covering multiple jurisdictions to less complex projects. Stuart has developed and implemented strategies for tax efficient ownership of intellectual property, foreign holding company structures for provision of headquarter activities and inter-company services, and structures for cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
